Variable Discharge Area

With this option the distance between the fixed plate and the moving plate can be altered to different settings to suit the particular material being crushed and to control the size of the crushed material.

Variable Stroke

An LVDT (Linear Voltage Displacement Transducer) system (integral within main crusher cylinder) is provided so that the stroke of the moving plate can be altered in pre-programmed sequences or from the control panel while the crusher is running.

Loading Hopper

With this option the sides and rear of the crusher are extended above the crushing area to form a loading hopper. The 4th side is formed by the moving press plate.

Automatic Lubrication

Typically, every 500 cycles controlled via the PLC in the control panel.
